MealMacros.ai, available at mealmacros.ai, is a private, invitation-only application. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and the limited situations where information may be processed by third-party services.

Private Access

Access is limited to invited users only. Anyone who has not been invited is prohibited from accessing or using the application.

Information We Collect

The application may collect information that invited users choose to enter or connect, including account details, profile settings, food logs, meal descriptions, macro goals, water logs, weight entries, survey responses, recipes, activity data, training data, and connected-service data when an invitee authorizes an integration.

How Information Is Used

Invitee information is used to operate the application, provide macro tracking, generate meal and nutrition estimates, support private reporting, troubleshoot issues, improve application reliability, and provide features requested by invited users.

Invitee data is not used for marketing, advertising, or promotional profiling.

AI Processing

Some features use AI services to process specific inputs, such as meal descriptions, food items, menu uploads, activity context, and related nutrition details, in order to estimate calories, macros, fiber, meal structure, or training nutrition guidance. Only the information needed for the requested AI feature should be sent for that purpose.

Sharing

Invitee data is not sold and is not shared for marketing. Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the application, including hosting, authentication, email delivery, connected integrations, analytics or monitoring for application health, and AI providers used for specific estimation or analysis features.

Connected Services

If an invitee connects an external service, such as an activity, training, health, or nutrition service, the application uses data from that service only to provide the connected application features. Invitees can remove connected services where the application provides disconnect controls.

Data Retention and Control

Data is retained as needed to operate the private application and provide requested features. Invitees may ask the application operator to correct or delete their account data, subject to operational, security, and legal requirements.

Security

Reasonable technical and administrative safeguards are used to protect invitee data. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
