These Terms of Use govern access to MealMacros.ai, available at mealmacros.ai, a private, invitation-only application for macro tracking, meal logging, and related nutrition and training features.

Invitation-Only Access

The application is available only to users who have been specifically invited. Anyone who has not been invited is prohibited from accessing, attempting to access, registering for, or using the application.

Invitations are personal and may not be transferred, shared, sold, or used to provide access to another person.

Acceptable Use

Invited users agree to use the application only for personal, private use and only in a lawful manner. Users may not interfere with the application, bypass access controls, scrape data, reverse engineer the service, abuse AI or integration features, or use the application for another person without authorization.

Nutrition and Health Information

Meal, macro, calorie, hydration, training, and recovery information is provided for personal tracking and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, nutrition therapy, diagnosis, or treatment. Users should consult qualified professionals before making medical, dietary, or training decisions.

AI Estimates

AI-generated meal, macro, fiber, menu, or training nutrition outputs are estimates and may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users are responsible for reviewing and correcting AI outputs before relying on them.

User Data and Privacy

Use of invitee data is described in the Privacy Policy. Invitee data is not used for marketing and is not shared for marketing. Certain data may be processed by AI providers or operational service providers only to support requested application features and application operation.

Connected Services

If a user connects an external service, the user is responsible for complying with that service's terms. The application may depend on those services being available and accurate, and connected-service features may stop working if access is revoked or a provider changes its service.

Availability

The application is provided for private use and may change, pause, or stop at any time. Access may be suspended or removed for any unauthorized, abusive, unsafe, or unlawful use.

No Warranty

The application is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. The application operator is not responsible for losses, injuries, or decisions made based on application outputs.
